- Measures within the scope of pure substance preservation (repairs)

Description
The program "Integration unternehmen!" of the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia supports inclusion enterprises according to § 215 SGB IX with investment measures to create additional social security-contributing jobs for severely disabled persons. Within the state program, companies and public institutions can receive grants of up to 80 percent of eligible expenses, with a maximum of 20,000 euros per newly created job. The funding is part of the action plan "A Society for All – NRW Inclusive" and is implemented in cooperation with the inclusion offices of the Rhineland Regional Association (LVR) and Westphalia-Lippe Regional Association (LWL).
Funding is provided, among other things, for new construction and expansions, conversions of building, installation, and outdoor facilities, as well as the acquisition of building parts, machinery, vehicles, furnishings, or their leasing and rental. A prerequisite for approval is recognition as an inclusion enterprise within the meaning of § 215 SGB IX, ownership of the property, and a personal contribution of at least 20 percent. Applications must be submitted continuously before the start of the planned measure to the responsible regional association. Pure maintenance measures are excluded from funding. In this way, the state program creates sustainable prospects for people with severe disabilities and strengthens participation in working life in North Rhine-Westphalia.
