Expression of Interest Form for Assisted Living – DRK Foundation Freier Grund

The DRK Foundation Freier Grund offers age-appropriate service apartments in North Rhine-Westphalia that combine independent living with needs-based support. In close proximity to the main building, rental apartments with a living area of 43 to 60 m² are available, designed for either one or two persons. The amenities include balconies or terraces, an elevator, an emergency call system, and communal rooms. In addition to the rental contract concept, an in-house outpatient nursing service provides meal service, household support, and care in accordance with § 45 b SGB XI, as well as a variety of group activities and services.

Interested private individuals can fill out the Service Living Interest Form at any time and be placed on the waiting list. Along with the form, floor plans of the one- and two-person apartments are available to assist with the preliminary selection.
