The program “Utilizing International Potentials – Shaping Transitions from Studies to Employment” aims to sustainably promote the diverse intercultural competencies of international students and graduates in Hesse. Educational institutions, companies, and public institutions can implement projects within the framework of the ESF-funded grant that facilitate the career entry of university graduates with a migration background. Practical measures such as mentoring, industry-specific workshops, or tandem programs strengthen the connection between universities and the labor market. Essential to this is the implementation within the state of Hesse as well as a clear focus on internationalization and career entry.

The offer is designed to optimally integrate international talents into the Hessian labor market and make their intercultural potentials visible. Funding prerequisites include, among others, activities or project implementation in Hesse and a thematic focus on internationalization and transition into employment. Interested parties benefit from advice and processing by the Wirtschafts- und Infrastrukturbank Hessen (WIBank) as the coordinating body.
