The ISB Foundation Prize for Educational Innovation honors public and private early childhood education institutions as well as schools throughout Austria that sustainably shape the innovation landscape in education with creative concepts and practice-oriented projects. Since its inaugural award in 2024, the prize has recognized institutions that have developed or successfully implemented novel approaches to optimize learning processes, strengthen digital competencies, and establish inclusive educational formats. Through this recognition, the commitment of the teams is made visible and innovation competence is promoted at all levels.
With the Foundation Prize, the nominated institutions receive not only public recognition but also impulses for the further development of their pedagogical work. The appreciation through nomination or award motivates teaching and care staff to further expand their ideas and build networks within the educational community.
