Description
The Job Wall partnership of the Strahlemann Foundation enables companies throughout Germany to specifically showcase their apprenticeship offers at Talent Company locations. Through a simple online form, apprenticeship positions are placed on prominent display boards in schools, thereby creating a direct connection to young people seeking opportunities. This sponsorship initiative aims to increase the visibility of training companies and to attract qualified junior staff at an early stage. With a duration of 24 to 36 months, a long-term contact is established between the company and potential apprentices, promoting sustainable collaboration between business and educational institutions.
Small and medium-sized enterprises as well as other training companies with at least one available apprenticeship position can apply online at any time. To apply, only the fully completed online form of the Strahlemann Foundation is required. The annual funding fee is €799 for a two-year contract and €749 for a three-year contract, plus a one-time service charge of €135 for printing, transport, and installation, as well as 19% VAT. An optional layout service is available for an additional fee. Thus, the partnership offers a cost-effective solution to directly present apprenticeship positions in schools and systematically secure one’s own skilled workforce.
