The Carinthian Family Card is a free benefits and service card that will be managed digitally via an app starting from 01.01.2025 and can be applied for continuously. It consolidates a variety of discounts, special conditions, and comprehensive information from numerous partner businesses in Carinthia. Whether leisure activities, cultural events, or shopping advantages – the user-friendly application always provides the latest offers and enables intuitive access to exclusive discounts. With just a few clicks, it offers easy access to vouchers, booking options, and regional promotions, thereby practically supporting everyday family life and highlighting the diversity of local service providers.
Eligible to participate are families with at least one child who have their main residence in Carinthia, receive family allowance according to the Family Burden Equalization Act 1967, and possess Austrian citizenship or an equivalent status or a valid residence permit. Relatives can be included via a sub-card, provided they demonstrate the consent of the main cardholder or fulfill a maintenance obligation. The issuance of the main card and any sub-cards is free of charge and unlimited in duration. Through the simple digital application process in the app, eligible families gain uncomplicated access to long-lasting discounts and extensive services.
