kick for all – more than sport is an ongoing school project by the step foundation in Baden-Württemberg that proactively addresses discrimination. At secondary schools in Freiburg for grades 5 to 7, a variety of trendy and traditional sports are introduced to break down stereotypes and enable shared movement experiences. Through targeted exercises and playful challenges, participants learn to recognize prejudices and reflect on their impact on social interaction. Educational and public institutions in Freiburg can apply for a grant at any time. Funding is provided for free sports and movement programs for students, which allow low-threshold participation in the modules. Applications require a curriculum vitae and a letter of motivation. The step foundation supports the program in cooperation with local sports clubs and expertise in the field of anti-discrimination.
