Description
KMU.DIGITAL 4.0 – Status and Potential Analyses (Tool PA1: Business Models and Processes) is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises located or operating in Vienna that wish to systematically advance their digital transformation. Funding is provided for a structured inventory conducted together with a certified Certified Digital Consultant (CDC) or Certified Digital Transformation Expert (CDTE). In a half-day consultation, key digital trends, opportunities, and risks for business models and processes are identified. The result is a concise document providing a structured overview of the current state as well as a rough implementation plan. Costs are covered at 80% – up to a maximum of EUR 400 (per tool, excl. VAT) – provided the consultation is carried out by an approved expert and all requirements are met (SME status according to EU definition, valid trade license, consultation by a CDC/CDTE).
Applications can be submitted continuously from May 21, 2024, via the aws funding manager, as long as the budget is not exhausted. The project duration is one month, during which the analysis must take place and be invoiced. Eligible applicants must pay the consultation costs and subsequently submit the invoice, proof of payment, and consultation report. Multiple funding for identical tools is excluded. The maximum funding amount per company is EUR 3,000 per funding line (“KMU.DIGITAL 4.0” or “KMU.DIGITAL 4.0 & GREEN”). The funding is provided as a non-repayable grant, which is paid out after positive review upon compliance with all guidelines and deadlines.
