Description
The Creative Industries Market Entry funding program of the Vienna Business Agency is aimed at existing small, medium, and large enterprises based in Vienna from the fields of architecture, design, film industry, art market, fashion, multimedia & games, music industry, and publishing. The objective is to provide professional support for entry into national and international sales markets as well as the development of new target groups and distribution channels. Eligible measures include employee training and further education, travel expenses for business trips, external services such as consulting, marketing and sales services, as well as tangible and intangible investments. These particularly include software licenses, machinery acquisitions, and protection and trademark rights. An independent jury evaluates submitted project ideas and recommends the best concepts for grant allocation.
Projects can be initiated with a minimum volume of €5,000 and receive a funding rate of 50% up to a maximum amount of €50,000 per project. The maximum duration is 24 months, within which a one-time advance payment of up to 50% of the approved funding amount is possible. Funding applications must be submitted online by the respective deadlines of March 31, July 31, and November 30, no later than December 31, 2026. The following documents are required: a fully completed funding application with application confirmation, De-minimis declaration, the latest annual financial statement or income-expenditure statement, as well as CVs of the project management. By combining financing and consulting services, the program creates optimal conditions to support creative enterprises from Vienna in their sustainable internationalization.
