Cultural Support of the Dr. Hans Hoch Foundation (Cultural Sector)

The Dr. Hans Hoch Foundation offers ongoing support in Schleswig-Holstein for artistically talented individuals residing in Neumünster. In the cultural sector, both scholarships for personal and artistic development as well as grants for project costs are awarded. Supported projects come from the fields of music, painting, and freelance art, including exhibitions, catalogs, posters, music events, competitions, as well as the acquisition of musical instruments and work materials. The goal is to enrich the regional cultural life and support emerging talents in their artistic careers. Funds are granted in the form of direct subsidies and can be applied for at any time.

For approval, applicants must prove their residence in Neumünster and demonstrate their artistic talent or activity. Selection is based on the artistic quality of the project and its contribution to the cultural life of the city. Applications can be submitted continuously and without a fixed deadline directly to the foundation. The advisory bodies are the Cultural Advisory Board of the City of Neumünster and the Board of the Dr. Hans Hoch Foundation. The transparent allocation and local focus ensure that local creatives are sustainably supported and can realize their projects in their hometown.
