Customer donations (2 cents per coffee serving) – CUP&CINO Foundation

The customer donation from the CUP&CINO Foundation enables private households and businesses throughout Germany to actively support sustainable development, education, and health projects. With just 2 cents per consumed coffee portion, funds are automatically directed to water, sanitation, and hygiene initiatives (WASH), the construction of drinking water and sanitation facilities, as well as accompanying awareness programs. Through the continuous donation model, financial commitment grows annually, providing long-term planning security for projects in rural areas. In doing so, the foundation makes a measurable contribution to improving living conditions and health in development cooperation, education, and social infrastructure.

Eligible for funding are all CUP&CINO customers who agree to a monthly debit of 2 cents per portion and can demonstrate a valid customer relationship. Participation is straightforward by completing the enrollment form in PDF format and returning it to the foundation. The standardized form collects the relevant master data and includes a consent declaration for the donation. Since the funding initiative is open year-round, interested parties can join at any time and contribute through their coffee consumption. This creates a flexible, inclusive funding instrument that combines individual and corporate willingness to donate with concrete impact in the areas of education and training, agriculture, as well as labor and social affairs.
