LAFVE Scholarship Program

The Latin America Foundation for Vocational Education (LAFVE) is committed to enabling young people from Latin America to access qualified technical vocational training in Germany when financial resources are lacking in their social environment. With scholarships continuously offered nationwide, forward-looking training and further education projects are supported, and bilateral relations between Latin America and Germany are sustainably strengthened. The selection remains independent of gender, nationality, religion, or ethnic origin to ensure equitable participation opportunities.

Funding is provided to individuals who can demonstrate personal maturity, a successfully completed school education, as well as sufficient written and spoken German language skills. Designed as a grant, the funding covers part of the living expenses and training costs. Interested parties from the mentioned regions can submit their application documents at any time via email and receive individual support through the LAFVE network. By offering the opportunity to transfer acquired qualifications back to their home countries after training, the program makes an important contribution to the economic and social development of Latin America.
