State Program Work – C1 Innovative Paths to Employment

State Program Work – C1 Innovative Paths to Employment offers a continuously available grant in Schleswig-Holstein for the testing and implementation of novel employment models for disadvantaged target groups. The goal is to sustainably integrate long-term unemployed, low-skilled, and other disadvantaged individuals into the labor market through tailored, innovative projects and to secure employment prospects in the long term. The program follows a holistic approach that relies on collaboration between companies, non-profit organizations, public institutions, as well as interest groups or associations. By promoting emerging networks and demand-oriented qualification offers, labor market barriers are reduced and individual strengths are enhanced.

Eligible for funding are all legal entities under public and private law located in Schleswig-Holstein that wish to contribute to new employment formats. Applications can be submitted continuously until 31.12.2027 and provide flexible scope for designing innovative measures. The program is supported by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Transport, Labor, Technology and Tourism and implemented by the Investment Bank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH), the state's central development bank with extensive expertise in labor market and education promotion. Interested stakeholders can thus draw on well-founded expertise in application preparation and project support. This funding offer is aimed at initiatives that create sustainable employment opportunities and thereby make an important contribution to the social and economic development of Schleswig-Holstein.
