Description

State Program Work – Funding Period 2021 to 2027 is a broad-based funding initiative of the state of Schleswig-Holstein, implemented with funds from the European Social Fund Plus. The program targets various recipients such as companies, educational institutions, private individuals, and public bodies that plan measures to promote the labor market, vocational training, and social integration. Through an innovation approach, targeted concepts for employment promotion and the integration of disadvantaged groups are supported, with a special focus on increasing employment, lifelong learning, and the advancement of women.

The funding offer includes diverse measures in the areas of work, vocational training, and work & social affairs. Funding is provided as a grant and supports projects aimed at securing skilled labor, workplace integration, and improving the quality of education and training. In particular, measures that assist Schleswig-Holstein companies, employees, trainees, students, refugees, as well as unemployed and inactive persons on their path to the primary labor market are promoted. For successful implementation of the measures, alternative funding options from the EU, the federal government, and other grant providers are referenced. This results in specific requirements that especially include small and medium-sized enterprises, non-governmental organizations, as well as legally recognized associations and foundations.

The implementation of the projects is carried out in close coordination with the Investment Bank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH), which acts as the central contact point. Transparent program provisions and supplementary guidelines support the entire application process – from planning the measures to final accounting. The program contributes to strengthening the innovative capacity of the regional economy and unlocking diverse potentials in the labor market. Further information and detailed requirements can be found on the program’s call pages to pave the way for sustainable professional integration in Schleswig-Holstein.
