Funding is provided in the form of grants with a funding rate of up to 50 percent of eligible expenses.
Interested parties include educational providers, public institutions, and non-profit organizations with a valid registered office in Hesse, who submit a detailed project concept and the approval of the local integration authority. Eligible costs include personnel, material, and travel expenses; capital expenditures, retroactive costs, and hospitality expenses are excluded. In addition to the concept and financing plan, an extract from the register of associations, proof of non-profit status, and an interim report must be submitted. Applications must generally be submitted by the 31st of December of the previous year or at least four weeks before the project start date.
