Description
The Lebens!Nah program supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in local supply in Styria from the sectors of trade, crafts, commerce, and consumer-related services with investment grants and funding for digitalization. The goal is to strengthen regional local suppliers through financial incentives for modern production and distribution processes as well as for digitized internal operations and marketing strategies. Eligible for funding are companies with headquarters or business premises in Styria that wish to further develop and future-proof their business operations. Applications are made based on the guideline for Styrian economic promotion in close cooperation with Department 12 – Economy, Tourism, Science and Research of the Styrian Provincial Government.
Investment costs as well as digitalization costs in all areas from production and distribution to marketing processes are funded. A prerequisite for the grant is proof of eligible expenses through invoices or bank statements. The type of funding granted is a non-repayable subsidy, which is flexibly adapted to the individual investment needs. Companies benefit from a simple submission of the required documents and competent support by the Styrian Business Promotion Agency (SFG). The initiative makes a significant contribution to regional value creation and helps to prepare traditional local supply businesses for the digital future. Interested companies can find all necessary documents and instructions for application on the SFG information pages.
