Description

The state funding for measures related to training and (advanced) qualification in Salzburg supports non-profit associations as well as companies based in the federal state in implementing training and further education projects. The focus is on increasing labor market participation and reducing the proportion of low-qualified individuals. Funding is provided, among other things, for partial reimbursements of course and training costs, dual education models, learning support, as well as integration measures for asylum-eligible persons. Designed as a grant, partial amounts of the incurred expenses can be reimbursed, with funding applications able to be submitted at any time, earmarked and continuously.

Eligible for funding are interest groups, associations, and companies that initiate projects for (advanced) qualification. Application requirements include verifiable headquarters in Salzburg as well as a convincing concept of the funding subject. Eligible expenses cover course, training, and supervision costs as well as integrative offers. Upon submission, a fully completed application form along with a detailed project description is required. The funding has been in effect since January 1, 2020, without a fixed end date, and contributes to reducing qualification barriers, expanding professional perspectives, and strengthening sustainable integration processes.
