Description
The Max Grünebaum Prize honors artistic and scientific achievements by emerging talents in the state of Brandenburg. It recognizes outstanding work by ensemble members of the State Theater Cottbus as well as students and doctoral candidates of the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg. The prize is awarded by the Max Grünebaum Foundation, which with this distinction aims to provide impetus for cultural and scientific development in the region. The goal is to acknowledge and support exceptional creative and research talents in the long term. The selection of the laureates is made annually by the foundation’s board based on the quality of artistic performances or scientific theses.
