MEGA Academy / Growth Program

The MEGA Academy Growth Program of the MEGA Educational Foundation offers innovative educational projects throughout Austria tailored support for their next development step. The focus is on practice-oriented modules such as the Leadership Circle, which strengthens founders and leaders in two intensive sessions; individual specialist coaching with experts in tax law, organizational development, and social media; as well as five Capacity Labs, where management skills are developed on topics such as impact measurement, project budgeting, and social franchising. Additionally, a kick-off event at WU Vienna facilitates networking, while a multi-day retreat provides space for strategic reflection and exchange.
