Description

The Worldwide Science Foundation supports university events at the International Meeting Center (IBZ) of the guesthouse of the University of Hamburg with a rental subsidy of up to €600 per event. Eligible for funding are exclusively educational institutions of the University of Hamburg that book a conference or club room at the IBZ. The aim of the funding is the reduction of room rental costs, with the subsidy rate set at 50% of the eligible expenses. Applications can be submitted informally at any time; the only requirements are affiliation with the University of Hamburg and a corresponding room booking at the IBZ. Catering and other ancillary costs are not subsidized.
