Description
MSCA Staff Exchanges 2025 promotes the international, intersectoral, and interdisciplinary mobility of research staff in Europe. Consortia consisting of at least three independent organizations from different EU Member States or associated countries, including universities, companies, public and non-profit institutions, can apply until 8 October 2025. The aim is to connect researchers as well as technical, administrative, and managerial staff to exchange knowledge collaboratively. Through physical secondments over a period of up to 48 months, research ideas are transformed into innovative products, services, and processes that sustainably strengthen science and innovation in Europe.
The funding is provided as a grant with a funding rate of 100% and covers personnel costs (living and mobility allowances), research, training and networking costs, as well as a flat-rate overhead. Virtual mobility, investments in capital assets, and retrospective costs are not eligible. Evaluation is based on three criteria: innovation content and scientific excellence, expected impact and exploitation potential, and quality and efficiency of implementation. For the application, the submission form (Part A and B), CVs and position statements of the seconded staff, a detailed project description with work plan, cooperation agreements, ethics self-assessment, and financial plan are available. Interested consortia can submit their documents via the EU Funding & Tenders Portal from 27 March 2025 onwards.
