Description

The multiplier training on "Brain-Body Training for Children" is aimed at preschool educators as well as teachers of grades 1 to 7 and is offered nationwide as an online format. Under the patronage of the Stiftung Die Gesundarbeiter – Zukunftsverantwortung Gesundheit, this practice-oriented training takes place on two dates in 2026, enabling cost-effective participation at a reduced fee of €19.90. The focus is on conveying Brainkinetik elements that help strengthen the executive functions of young learners and promote their health literacy. Guided by experienced instructors, participants learn targeted exercises that address both motor and cognitive skills and can be flexibly integrated into everyday educational practice.

The event dates on April 23 and November 19, 2026, each from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., provide space for interactive training and professional exchange. Participants also receive access to the online platform with instructional videos, scripts, and a certificate of participation. Through unusual, cross-lateral movement sequences, neural networks are stimulated, leading to improved concentration, increased cognitive flexibility, and greater self-confidence in children. The methods learned can be implemented with minimal material effort and support multipliers in sustainably enriching teaching and care settings. Registration is possible up until shortly before the respective event dates, provided that professional activity in the funded area is demonstrated.
