Description
The Public Rental Housing Promotion in the State of North Rhine-Westphalia 2024 is aimed at municipal institutions, cooperatives, and non-profit organizations that wish to create or preserve affordable rental housing. The objective of the funding is to provide affordable apartments for households with low to moderate incomes. Funding is provided for new construction projects, the acquisition of existing properties, as well as comprehensive modernizations.
