The program supports long-term engagement by providing practical impulses for the promotion of democracy and social cohesion. Participants benefit from digital lunches, webinars, and consultation hours as well as analog formats that specifically advance knowledge transfer.

With barcamps and workshops, the offer focuses on current challenges and enables civil society actors to develop solutions together. Ongoing application cycles allow for flexible entry without fixed deadlines. Requirements include having a seat or activities in eastern Germany and commitment to social cohesion. The free learning and networking formats impart necessary methodological competencies, qualify volunteers and full-time multipliers alike, and promote sustainable cooperation. Through close support in building viable structures, an important contribution is made to strengthening the community and fostering a vibrant democracy in rural areas.
