A prerequisite is a consortium consisting of at least three security practitioner organizations from three EU countries, at least two scientific research institutions, and an experienced project coordinator. The projects are intended to benefit law enforcement agencies, judicial authorities, and cultural heritage experts through the use of digital tools. The focus is on standardizing existing instruments, consolidating data platforms, and establishing interactive training formats for evidence collection, analysis, and prevention of cultural goods smuggling. The duration is 24 months, with a maximum funding amount of €5 million per project, at a funding rate of 100%. Eligible costs include personnel and material expenses, travel costs, as well as expenses for events and project management.
To apply, a detailed proposal including a budget table, ethics self-assessment, and proof of financial capacity must be submitted by 23.09.2026. Selection is based on innovation content, relevance to the target group, and quality of the cooperation concept.
