Description
The Marke Vorarlberg initiative represents an impulse funding program aimed at sustainably shaping Vorarlberg by 2035 as the most promising living environment for children. Innovative projects in the startup phase are supported in the thematic areas of Children and Youth, Regional Development, Education, Work & Social Affairs, Agriculture & Rural Development, as well as Vocational Training & Continuing Education. Eligible applicants include project leaders from business, research, civil society, and private individuals, as well as companies, cooperatives, foundations, non-profit organizations, interest groups, start-ups, educational institutions, and public entities with regional ties to Vorarlberg. The funding volume is designed as a grant and makes the regional success for children and youth tangible.
The project call by the Department of General Economic Affairs of the State of Vorarlberg has been ongoing since 01.01.2021 – there is no deadline. Prerequisites for a successful application are demonstrated innovation, regional affiliation, and project status in the startup phase. The submitted documents must include the completed application form, a meaningful project description, and a detailed cost breakdown. After positive evaluation, the grant is paid out upon project completion and final accounting. This continuous funding model offers diverse stakeholders the opportunity to create visible added value for child and family friendliness in Vorarlberg with creative concepts.
