Description
Projects to Support and Accompany Minors and Young Adults
In Tyrol, the State of Tyrol continuously provides grants for non-profit organizations, public institutions, interest groups, and associations. Funding is granted for innovative initiatives that create an expanded care and counseling offer for minors, young adults, and their families. The goal is to sustainably strengthen the social participation, personal development, and health promotion of the target group. Eligible costs include, in particular, personnel expenses and material costs necessary for qualified accompaniment, psychosocial counseling, or accompanying care measures. Due to the open submission deadline, suitable project managers can submit their applications at any time and respond flexibly to local needs.
Funding Objective and Requirements
Projects that demonstrably achieve a positive and sustainable effect on the (professional) development, everyday coping, and/or health behavior of minors and young adults are funded. The project must not already be financed under ongoing educational assistance (§ 42 TKJHG) or support for upbringing (§ 41 TKJHG). Applications must be submitted by an eligible institution and include a detailed project description. This should contain information on content, schedule, duration, venue, as well as planned personnel and material costs. A clearly structured concept improves the chances of success and enables targeted support by the specialist department for child and youth welfare. In this way, the funding contributes to strengthening local networks and sustainably stabilizing young people and their families in Tyrol.
