Project Funding of the German Children's Rheumatism Foundation

The German Children's Rheumatism Foundation supports innovative initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life for children and adolescents with rheumatic diseases in Germany. Eligible for funding are non-profit organizations, public institutions, as well as private individuals who wish to make a tangible contribution to improving daily life and treatment through therapeutic, educational, or research-related projects. Grants are awarded as subsidies and are available nationwide, with applications accepted at any time. Special emphasis is placed on measures that strengthen professionals in the medical and social environment and provide practical support to families and those affected.

For a successful application, a completed project application (PDF), compliance with the funding guidelines (PDF), and a consent form for the publication of photos are required. Project sponsors provide a concise project description, an overview of financing, and the intended use of funds. The Foundation continuously reviews submitted proposals and supports projects that demonstrate sustainable impact, scientific supervision, or innovative therapeutic approaches.
