Description
The Kroschke Children's Foundation supports non-profit institutions, associations, and self-help groups in the Braunschweig region as well as the Hamburg metropolitan area with project-related grants. Funding is provided for innovative and exemplary initiatives in the fields of prevention, therapy, and aftercare for children and adolescents with disabilities, chronic or severe illnesses, or in difficult life situations. Applications can be submitted digitally throughout the year via the application portal; the allocation decisions are made by the voluntary board during the meetings on June 30, September 15, and November 24, 2026. Project commencement is possible no earlier than June 30, 2026. Applicants must demonstrate their registered office and activities within the funding area and be registered as a non-profit organization.
The focus is on scientific, charitable, and benevolent purposes with a sustainable concept and sound financial planning. In the evaluation process, the innovative character, sustainability, and a convincing proof of own funds play a central role. For the application, an exemption certificate, proof of authorization to represent, a detailed project description, as well as a cost and financing plan must be submitted.
