Project Funding of the Luise Kiesselbach Foundation

The Luise Kiesselbach Foundation, as a non-profit funding provider in Bavaria, specifically supports forward-looking initiatives in the fields of social affairs, commitment to social cohesion/democracy, as well as labor & social issues. The focus is on project funding for institutions and initiatives of the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband Bayern that develop innovative concepts to improve the quality of life for disadvantaged target groups. Through regular grants, the foundation supports model projects that make a sustainable contribution to strengthening social networks, implement democracy-promoting educational programs, or expand participation in the labor market. Only legal entities organized as non-profit or charitable carriers within the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband Bayern are eligible for funding. A formal membership in the state association as well as an orientation towards charitable or non-profit activities are prerequisites. Particularly of interest are project ideas that introduce new impulses in social work through creative outreach, participatory structures, or the use of digital solutions. The grant can be applied for personnel, material, and training costs as well as for conceptual development phases. There is no fixed deadline, allowing eligible projects to be presented and implemented without time pressure. In doing so, the foundation creates a reliable basis to strengthen committed organizations and sustainably promote social cohesion in Bavaria.
