Description
The MASCHESKI FOUNDATION supports humanitarian initiatives in Germany with the aim of sustainably preventing and overcoming dangers, emergencies, and poverty. Nationwide projects place special emphasis on development cooperation, disaster relief, social inclusion, healthcare, as well as agriculture and rural development. Young people and families in disadvantaged living situations thereby gain new perspectives and future opportunities. Funding is provided in the form of grants designed for long-term impact, particularly strengthening children and youth in crisis and poverty situations. Due to the open application deadline, it is possible to submit funding applications informally at any time, ensuring swift decisions and flexible allocation of resources.
Eligible applicants are legal entities such as associations, foundations, and public or private institutions that submit their project ideas with a concise summary and a detailed budget plan to the board. Direct inquiries from private individuals are not considered. The selection process is based on criteria such as effectiveness, sustainability, and transparency. The MASCHESKI FOUNDATION places great importance on the targeted use of funds and reviews financial plans and annual accounts through independent bodies. Interested applicants can receive information on additional funding areas and advisory services upon request. Through its self-financed model, the foundation guarantees independence as well as fast and unbureaucratic decisions to respond effectively to current emergency and crisis situations.
