Description
Project Funding by the Care for Future Foundation is aimed at non-profit organizations, interest groups, and associations throughout Germany that wish to implement concrete, clearly defined projects in the areas of climate justice and a care-centered, peaceful, and globally just society. The foundation supports grants of up to €2,500 per project and places special emphasis on scientifically and socially relevant initiatives. Applications can be submitted informally at any time via email and must include essential information on project objectives, duration, and budget. Upon completion of the funding period, a two-page report with two to three photos must be submitted to ensure documentary value for interested initiatives.
Funding is provided for public educational events such as workshops, lectures, or action days, information booths, street projects or demonstrations, as well as the establishment and further development of community projects and commons. Selection criteria include the demonstrable contribution against the climate crisis, the promotion of a care-centered society, and the clear delineation of project activities. An appropriate budget plan must not exceed €2,500. The funding generates sustainable impulses for political and social mobilization, serving as inspiration for other initiatives. Interested non-profit organizations will receive timely feedback on further project planning once the foundation has reviewed whether the submitted documents comply with the funding guidelines.
