The "daHeim im Leben" Foundation supports nonprofit providers of elderly and disability care nationwide in implementing innovative projects that enable older adults and people with disabilities to actively participate in social life. Funding is provided for concepts aimed at reducing barriers, intergenerational approaches, and initiatives focusing on integration, migration, social health, as well as engagement for social cohesion and democracy. Offered as a grant in the form of co-financing, the funding allows project leaders to deploy resources purposefully and build sustainable structures.
