Project Funding by the Integration Foundation

The project funding of the Integration Foundation supports holistic initiatives in the state of Hesse that create inclusive living spaces for children and adolescents with and without disabilities. As grant funding, financial resources are made available to non-profit organizations, public institutions, companies, as well as private individuals to implement inclusive educational, recreational, or social projects within the thematic areas of children and youth as well as work & social affairs. The foundation aims to reduce barriers in everyday life and enable encounters where young people with different backgrounds can learn, play, and grow together.

Applications can be submitted continuously as long as the project proposal has integrative objectives and the sponsor or institution has a registered office in Hesse. Individual funding such as car modifications or individual assistance for single children is not supported. The application documents must include a detailed project description, a coherent concept with a timeline, and a financial plan for the entire project. Additionally, a report on previously received funding must be attached. After successful approval of funds, a final report on the use of the foundation’s resources is expected. This offer is aimed at all those who wish to design inclusive projects and thus contribute to the realization of a barrier-free society.
