Description
The project funding of the Kunst und Kultur Foundation of Sparkasse Dachau supports non-profit associations, public institutions, and educational establishments that wish to implement innovative initiatives in the fields of art, culture, and monument preservation within the city or district of Dachau. With an annual grant budget and decision rounds usually held twice a year, projects are awarded that demonstrate sustainable impact and are accessible to a broad public audience. Only tax-privileged entities that can demonstrably achieve significant regional benefits and secure the overall financing of their project on a long-term basis are eligible for funding.
A prerequisite for application is a project volume of at least €1,000, which must be fully realized within the funding area. The evaluation is based on a clear innovation approach, verifiable sustainability aspects, and broad regional impact. Submission requires a detailed project description, a financing plan, a cost breakdown, and a current certificate of non-profit status. The decision on funding approval is made by the foundation’s board after reviewing the submitted documents. Applications from individuals, ongoing funding requests, or projects without secured overall financing will not be considered.
