Description
The Stiftung Stadtsparkasse Linz am Rhein continuously supports a variety of charitable projects in Linz am Rhein and tax-privileged organizations operating beyond the region in Rhineland-Palatinate. Initiatives are funded in the areas of culture, building and monument preservation, children and youth, social cohesion/democracy, sports, education, disaster protection, environmental/nature conservation, infrastructure & urban development, labor & social affairs, vocational training and further education, as well as energy efficiency & climate protection. The aim is the targeted promotion of cultural, social, educational, sporting, and nature-related projects as well as the preservation of historic buildings. Grants are provided as non-entitlement subsidies and are aligned with the foundation’s purposes, ensuring a direct impact on the common good in Linz am Rhein.
Eligible for funding are charitable associations, foundations, other tax-privileged entities, and private individuals based in Linz am Rhein. Proof of charitable status or monument recognition is required. Applicants may request personnel and fee costs, directly attributable material expenses, and other project-related expenditures; overhead, administrative costs, and flat-rate material expenses are excluded. Applications can be submitted at any time via an online form and require a one-page project description, a detailed cost and financing plan, and, if available, a copy of the tax exemption certificate.
