Description

The CBM Foundation enables non-profit organizations and foundations within the EU to receive continuous financial and professional support for international development projects benefiting people with disabilities. With a broad portfolio of over 300 initiatives in around 40 countries, the foundation supports programs in the areas of health, social inclusion, agriculture and rural development, as well as labor market integration. The funding offer is exclusively aimed at organizations with a non-profit purpose that focus on the direct improvement of the living conditions of people with disabilities and pursue a clearly international focus.

The goal is to sustainably strengthen the health and social care of people with disabilities worldwide and to build inclusive structures. In addition to financial grants, project implementers benefit from comprehensive professional guidance provided by experienced development cooperation experts. Requirements for funding include a clearly defined project objective benefiting people with disabilities, proof of non-profit status, and the international orientation of the initiative. Through close cooperation with donors and the pooling of existing resources, synergies arise that guarantee effective project implementation. Interested organizations thus gain access to an established network and can anchor their initiative in the long term and sustainably.
