Become a Project Leader – Kulturator I Gute-Dinge Foundation

The Kulturator I Gute-Dinge-Stiftung supports innovative cultural and art projects in Bavaria that strengthen social cohesion, participation, and diversity. As a permanent sponsorship initiative, it enables both private individuals and non-profit organizations, interest groups, and associations to realize their project ideas in the fields of culture, music, socio-culture, media, work, and social affairs. Within the framework of the program, dedicated project leaders are employed to collaboratively implement creative initiatives with the foundation and to set sustainable impulses in the cultural landscape. Funding is provided continuously, and applications can be submitted at any time.

The selection process consists of three steps: First, a concise project description is submitted via email, followed by a personal introductory meeting (Thursdays between 4 and 6 p.m.), focusing on exchange and coordination. In the third step, the foundation commissions selected project leaders so that their ideas can officially be launched under the umbrella of the Kulturator I Gute-Dinge-Stiftung. Participants benefit from professional guidance, organizational support, and a network of experts from the cultural and social sectors. The funding is aimed at all those who wish to realize their creative concepts in the areas of participation, inclusion, and social engagement and seeks original approaches to make culture tangible and promote social participation.
