Description
Reimbursement of the wage increase for nursing and care staff pursuant to § 3 para. 2 no. 3 PFG is a purpose-specific grant for private hospitals in Vorarlberg, valid from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2028. It reimburses the wage increase stipulated in the Health and Nursing Care Act (GuKG) and the Art. 15a B-VG agreement for members of the higher service of health and nursing care, nursing specialists and nursing assistants, diploma and specialist social caregivers, and home helpers. The funding objective is to ensure better remuneration through the refinancing of these agreements and to cover additional services resulting from shifts in competencies within the nursing and care staff.
Eligible to apply are enterprises in the field of private hospitals pursuant to § 2 para. 1 KAKuG, which can present wage-regulating provisions such as collective agreements or regional statutes that bindingly regulate the payment of the wage increases. Only personnel costs that can be demonstrably attributed to the wage increase are eligible for funding. Applications may be submitted between 01.01.2024 and 31.12.2028, with the project start date no earlier than 01.01.2024. The funding supports private providers in sustainably covering the increased financial requirements in the nursing and care sector, thereby strengthening supply security in Vorarlberg.
