Description

The Sabine Rademacher Foundation "Equality for All" supports initiatives nationwide that advocate for the legal and social equality of people with disabilities. Recipients can be private individuals as well as non-profit organizations and public institutions. The foundation’s core is based on the legacy of Sabine Rademacher, whose inheritance formed the initial capital of over €100,000. Since then, contributions of any amount have been accepted to financially support projects in the areas of social participation and inclusion. Special emphasis is placed on exemplary legal proceedings to enforce personal rights as well as individual assistance for people who experience disadvantage or hardship due to their disability. Through an unbureaucratic allocation of grants, complex social law processes are to be legally supported and needy individuals directly relieved.

Applicants benefit from an ongoing and flexible funding opportunity without fixed deadlines, allowing for both one-time and continuous support. The funding areas range from the development of independent living projects to the accompaniment of social law processes and acute assistance in emergencies. By targeted grant allocation, new housing models are promoted and creative approaches to inclusion are advanced. Donations to the foundation are tax-deductible as charitable contributions and can be fully deducted. The foundation invites contributions to enhance the impact of the founding capital and to jointly create long-term prospects for people with disabilities.
