Description

In Burgenland, the measure Special Measures for Employment and Training Projects specifically promotes labor market-related initiatives. As a grant funding program, it supports non-profit associations, interest groups, and companies in creating jobs, implementing training and further education programs, as well as accompanying information and public relations work. The funding areas cover employment, training & further education, and work & social affairs, allowing applications to be submitted at any time due to ongoing submission deadlines. The goal is to improve regional employment opportunities and facilitate the entry of disadvantaged groups into the labor market.

For the application, a detailed project proposal with a comprehensive description and a clear connection to Burgenland is required. The funding application is submitted to the Office of the Burgenland Provincial Government, which acts as the central administrative authority responsible for approval and processing. A completed application form is an essential document; after approval, original receipts such as invoices and payment confirmations must be provided to demonstrate the appropriate use of funds. Since January 1, 2014, there has been an unlimited possibility to apply. Companies and associations can thus continuously access funding contributions to implement sustainable employment programs and strengthen public relations.
