Description

The StifterRente of the Lebenshilfe Zollernalb Foundation represents an innovative model of retirement provision in the Zollernalb district (Baden-Württemberg). Older property owners can transfer their owner-occupied residential property to the foundation in exchange for a lifelong right of residence as well as lump-sum and/or ongoing payments, without having to move out of their familiar home. The offer is exclusively aimed at privately entitled persons of retirement age with a property in the funding area and combines regional sustainability with social purpose. The purchase price is determined based on the market value appraisal by a publicly appointed and sworn real estate expert as well as the age of the previous owners at the time of contract conclusion.

Applications can be submitted year-round; the application documents required are a current market value appraisal, a land register excerpt, and a personal identification card. The age of the applicants and the market value of the property play a central role in the evaluation. The StifterRente not only improves liquidity in the third phase of life by reducing interest, repayments, and maintenance costs, but simultaneously creates a lasting contribution to regional infrastructure and the financial security of charitable services for people with disabilities. Interested parties can obtain comprehensive information at any time and take advantage of personal consultation to tailor the individual funding option to their needs.
