Two full scholarships for the part-time Master's program "Criminology & Crime Prevention" at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR) cover the full tuition fees of €8,900 for four semesters. Funding is provided to private individuals from Rhineland-Palatinate who are professionally, additionally, or voluntarily active in the field of crime prevention – for example, in prevention committees, police, probation services, municipal administrations, social work, child and youth welfare, business, crime policy, authorities, associations, or organizations. Prerequisites for application include a completed university degree, at least one year of professional experience after the first degree, and successful admission to the Master's program. Selection criteria include motivation for the Master's program, support from the current employer, and previous qualifications in the field of prevention. Application documents include a motivation letter, a curriculum vitae, and proof of successful admission to HWR Berlin. The application deadline is July 15, 2026, with the program starting from October 2026.
