Strategy.IMPULSE

Strategie.IMPULS offers companies with headquarters or operations in Carinthia targeted support for external consulting services during strategic and organizational development phases. The program promotes preliminary work in internationalization, digitalization | AI, start-ups & succession, innovations in the SME sector, as well as the optimization of corporate financing structures. The focus is on holistic, future-oriented business development. Only project proposals that have not yet started before the application submission and have a clear connection to the Carinthian economic location are eligible for funding. Companies of all sizes with a stable economic situation and membership in the Carinthian Chamber of Commerce may submit up to two projects within a twelve-month period. Up to ten consulting days per project with a daily rate of no more than €1,500 net are eligible for funding (maximum €15,000). Training, qualification measures, as well as travel and accommodation costs are not eligible for subsidies.

Applications must be submitted exclusively before the project start within the period from January 8, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Required are a project description, offer documents from the external consultants, proof of Chamber of Commerce membership, and CVs of the consultants. The funding instrument grants a non-repayable subsidy of 50% of the recognized consulting costs. The Carinthian Economic Development Fund as the funding agency reviews the documents for completeness and funding requirements, makes the funding decision, and oversees the project accounting. In this way, strategic expertise is brought into the company to sustainably support innovations, growth projects, and cooperations and to strengthen Carinthia’s economic location in the long term.
