Description

Within the framework of subsidies to emergency organizations, the state of Carinthia continuously provides grants to permanently strengthen vital components of disaster protection and technical infrastructure. With a focus on the areas of disaster protection, training & further education, as well as infrastructure & urban development, statutory exercises, the procurement and modernization of equipment, targeted training, and the maintenance of repeater stations are supported. This funding model not only ensures the operational readiness of the Bad Bleiberg mine rescue service but also guarantees the functionality of the repeater stations owned by the Austrian Experimental Transmitter Association for emergencies.

Public institutions, interest groups, or other associations based in Carinthia are eligible for funding, in particular the Bad Bleiberg mine rescue service and the Austrian Experimental Transmitter Association – Carinthia regional association. Applications can be submitted at any time, as there is no fixed deadline. Approval requires a complete application and a written funding commitment. Eligible expenses include statutory exercises, equipment acquisitions, training measures, as well as maintenance and repair of repeater stations.
