Description
Day Structure in Residential Homes supports non-profit organizations, companies, and public institutions in Tyrol in creating outpatient and inpatient day structure services for adults with disabilities. Funding is provided for individual, ability-oriented, and meaningful activities combined with a residential service without day structure. The goal is to structure the daily routine, maintain and expand competencies, and strengthen social participation. The measure is aimed at people with a disability according to § 3 lit. a TTHG, who possess Austrian citizenship or are equivalent, and have their main residence in Tyrol. A trial phase is possible from the age of 16; persons with a primary psychiatric diagnosis are excluded, but people with ASD may participate. Funding is granted as a subsidy for a maximum of 60 months, applications can be submitted at any time, and the service start date is the month of application receipt.
For the application, the online application form for granting a service under the Tyrolean Participation Act (TTHG) must be submitted. The Department of Inclusion and Child and Youth Welfare of the State of Tyrol is responsible for review and approval. The cooperation of the applicants and, if applicable, their legal representatives is required. Documentation and quality standards must be met to ensure professional and low-threshold support. The grant can be approved at the earliest from the month in which the complete application is received. Interested institutions and service providers can find additional information and forms on the website of the Department of Inclusion and Child and Youth Welfare of the State of Tyrol.
