Description
With the "Top!Job" program, the Styrian Business Promotion Agency (SFG) supports companies in Styria in consistently advancing personnel management and work environments towards digitalization and modern skilled labor strategies. Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises based in Styria receive financial assistance to make workplaces more attractive, introduce digital tools, and sustainably strengthen personnel development. The focus is on measures such as analyzing the personnel situation, employer branding, digital recruiting and onboarding processes, workplace health promotion, as well as forward-looking training models. Through the close integration of digitalization and social innovation, the aim is not only to compensate for short-term personnel shortages but also to create sustainable structures in the long term. The funding is available until 30.06.2027, with a project duration of up to 18 months. Applications must be submitted electronically via the SFG portal before the project starts.
The funding is divided into two modules: Module XS covers quickly implementable measures and grants 70% of eligible costs (minimum €1,000, maximum €3,000). Module XL supports a strategic realignment of personnel work with an in-depth process and structural analysis as well as initial pilot projects; here the funding rate is 50% with a ceiling of €25,000 (minimum volume €5,000). Eligible expenses include personnel, material, and consulting costs with a digital focus. Excluded are non-digitized investments, ongoing website/software costs, employee events, work clothing, and similar items. The supported projects are evaluated based on their potential to increase workplace attractiveness, digitalization focus, and sustainability. Required documents include a well-founded project description, a detailed cost plan, and a de minimis certificate. The goal is to establish innovative personnel environments and to retain existing as well as new employees in the long term.
