Description

The twall loan service of the IMM Foundation is aimed at non-profit, church-related, public-law, and municipal legal entities as well as IMM employees based in Central Saxony. The goal is the cost-effective provision of mobile twall® modules for educational, cultural, and media events on site. The diverse twall® variants – from standard color folding versions to specially equipped tables – enable flexible deployment scenarios in cultural and educational institutions, associations, cities, municipalities, as well as in youth and adult education. The regular loan fee is a flat rate of €150 per weekend plus statutory VAT, while transport and logistics costs are borne by the borrower. Exceptions and special arrangements are decided by the Foundation Board.

Interested organizations complete the "twall Loan" form and may submit it at any time. The requirements include having a registered office in the Mittweida/Central Saxony area as well as non-profit status or affiliation with a church, public-law, or municipal institution. Upon receipt, the voluntary board reviews the applications and makes a prompt decision. For final formalization, additional information about the event, desired loan period, and, if applicable, proof of non-profit status are required. For documentation purposes, submission of a brief text and a royalty-free photo after the loan period is requested. This service promotes regional engagement and supports organizers in easily deploying high-quality media equipment and effectively realizing their projects.
