Description
Corporate Innovation Support in Upper Austria assists small and medium-sized enterprises from industry, trade and crafts, as well as information and consulting sectors through a direct grant for investments and innovative projects. The initiative is managed by the Office of the Upper Austrian State Government; the program aims to stimulate technological advancements and productive expansions, thereby strengthening regional competitiveness. Funding is provided for forward-looking projects that promote sustainable growth and value creation in Upper Austria.
Eligible to participate are companies headquartered in Upper Austria that are members of the Industry Division, the Trade and Crafts Division, or the Information and Consulting Division of the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce (excluding the specialist groups for Waste and Resource Management and Printing). The funding priorities include business consulting, acquisition of modern production equipment, digitization projects, as well as research and development initiatives. Applications can be submitted from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2026. A formal membership in the respective division of the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce is a prerequisite for a successful application. With this time-limited support, a contribution is made to shorten innovation cycles and reduce investment barriers. The program is specifically aimed at entrepreneurs who wish to provide sustainable impulses for the economic location of Upper Austria and thereby unlock new market potentials.
