Description

The Chamber of Agricultural Workers for Salzburg supports school-related as well as job-relevant training and qualification courses for agricultural and forestry employees, as well as their eligible children and descendants of retired employees. Up to 50% of the course costs, but no more than €700 per person, can be covered per calendar year. Eligible expenses include course fees, accommodation and meals, learning materials, as well as necessary travel costs using the most economical public transportation. Applications must be submitted within the same calendar year of the course or study completion, no later than the end of February of the following year, and require membership in the Chamber of Agricultural Workers for Salzburg, a course confirmation with proof of payment, and compliance with the applicable funding guidelines.

The grant is awarded in the form of a subsidy and is subsidiary to other funding. To apply, the completed application form, original invoices, proof of payment, evidence of course or school attendance, and entitlement to family allowance must be submitted.
